अप्रयत्नात् प्रयत्नाद्वा मूढो नाप्नोति निर्वृतिम्, तत्त्वनिश्चयमात्रेण प्राज्ञो भवति निर्वृतः। ॥32॥

aprayatnāt prayatnādvā mūḍho nāpnoti nirvṛtim, tattva-niścaya-mātreṇa prājño bhavati nirvṛtaḥ. (32)

A foolish person remains restless and does not find peace, no matter if they are busy with actions or doing nothing at all. True calmness comes from understanding, not just from what we do or don't do.
