Bija

एकाग्रता निरोधो वा मूढैरभ्यस्यते भृशम्, धीराः कृत्यं न पश्यन्ति सुप्तवत् स्वपदे स्थिताः। ॥31॥

ekāgratā nirodho vā mūḍhair-abhyasyate bhṛśam, dhīrāḥ kṛtyaṁ na paśyanti suptavat svapade sthitāḥ. (31)

This verse suggests that foolish people try hard to control their thoughts and focus, while wise individuals, who are aware of their true nature, find peace and contentment without striving for anything. They experience a state of calmness similar to deep sleep, where nothing feels lacking.
