Bija

क्व स्वाच्छन्द्यं क्व सङ्कोचः क्व वा तत्त्वविनिश्चयः, निर्व्याजार्जवभूतस्य चरितार्थस्य योगिनः। ॥90॥

kva svācchandyaṁ kva saṅkocaḥ kva vā tattva-viniścayaḥ, nirvyājārjava-bhūtasya caritārthasya yoginaḥ. (90)

This verse suggests that a true yogin, who is sincere and fulfilled, does not experience the conflicts of indulgence or strictness, as they have already realized the true nature of themselves. In their state of understanding, the struggles between desire and discipline become irrelevant.
