धीरो न द्वेष्टि संसारमात्मानं न दिदृक्षति, हर्षामर्षविनिर्मुक्तो न मृतो न च जीवति। ॥81॥

dhīro na dveṣṭi saṁsāram-ātmānaṁ na didṛkṣati, harṣāmarṣa-vinirmukto na mṛto na ca jīvati. (81)

This wise person accepts the changing nature of the world without attachment and remains balanced, unaffected by happiness or sadness, existing beyond the concepts of life and death.
