अकर्तृत्वमभोक्तृत्वं स्वात्मनो मन्यते यदा, तदा क्षीणा भवन्त्येव समस्ताश्चित्तवृत्तयः। ॥49॥
akartṛtvam-abhoktṛtvaṁ svātmano manyate yadā, tadā kṣīṇā bhavantyeva samastāś-cittavṛttayaḥ. (49)
This verse means that when a person understands that their true self is not defined by their actions or experiences, the restless thoughts and changes in their mind come to an end. This realization brings a sense of peace and clarity.
