क्व निरोधो विमूढस्य यो निर्बन्धं करोति वै, स्वारामस्यैव धीरस्य सर्वदाऽसावकृत्रिमः। ॥39॥

kva nirodho vimūḍhasya yo nirbandhaṁ karoti vai, svārāmasyaiva dhīrasya sarvadā'sāvakṛtrimaḥ. (39)

This verse suggests that a foolish person struggles to control their mind, while a wise person finds that true peace and control come naturally from within themselves. It highlights the difference between those who seek external validation and those who are content with their inner self.
