नोद्विग्नं न च सन्तुष्टमकर्तृस्पन्दवर्जितम्, निराशं गतसन्देहं चित्तं मुक्तस्य राजते। ॥28॥
nodvignaṁ na ca santuṣṭam-akartṛ-spanda-varjitam, nirāśaṁ gata-sandehaṁ cittaṁ muktasya rājate. (28)
This verse describes the state of a person who is free and enlightened, where their mind remains calm and steady, unaffected by emotions or desires, and free from confusion. Such a person experiences peace and clarity, regardless of external circumstances.
