Bija

अष्टावक्र उवाच आचक्ष्व श्रुणु वा तात नानाशास्त्राण्यनेकशः, तथापि न तव स्वास्थ्यं सर्वविस्मरणादृते। ॥19॥

aṣṭāvakra uvāca ācakṣva śruṇu vā tāta nānā-śāstrāṇyanekaśaḥ, tathāpi na tava svāsthyaṁ sarva-vismaraṇād-ṛte. (19)

This verse suggests that no matter how much you talk about or listen to different teachings, true understanding of your true self can only come when you let go of everything else. To truly know yourself, you must set aside all distractions and beliefs.
