Bija

त्यजैव ध्यानं सर्वत्र मा किञ्चिधृदि धारय, आत्मा त्वंमुक्त एवासि किं विमृश्य करिष्यसि। ॥18॥

tyajaiva dhyānaṁ sarvatra mā kiñcid-hṛdi dhāraya, ātmā tvaṁ-mukta evāsi kiṁ vimṛśya kariṣyasi. (18)

This verse encourages letting go of all thoughts and practices, including meditation, to realize that your true nature is already free and complete as the Self. It suggests that seeking or striving is unnecessary because you are inherently whole.
