चिन्तया जायते दुःखं नान्यथेहेति निश्चयी, तया हीनः सुखी शान्तः सर्वत्र गलितस्पृहः। ॥5॥
cintayā jāyate duḥkhaṁ nānyatheheti niścayī, tayā hīnaḥ sukhī śāntaḥ sarvatra galitaspṛhaḥ. (5)
This verse teaches that when a person realizes that anxiety is the source of their sorrow, they can let go of it and find happiness and peace, free from their desires. Understanding this truth leads to a more joyful and calm life.
