Bija

चेष्टमानं शरीरं स्वं पश्यत्यन्यशरीरवत्, संस्तवे चापि निन्दायां कथं क्षुभ्येत् महाशयः। ॥10॥

ceṣṭamānaṁ śarīraṁ svaṁ paśyatyanya-śarīravat, saṁstave cāpi nindāyāṁ kathaṁ kṣubhyet mahāśayaḥ. (10)

A wise person sees their own body as separate from themselves, so they remain calm and unaffected by what others say, whether it's good or bad.
