बोधमात्रोऽहमज्ञानादुपाधिः कल्पितो मया, एवं विमृशतो नित्यं निर्विकल्पे स्थितिर्मम। ॥17॥
bodhamātro'ham-ajñānād-upādhiḥ kalpito mayā, evaṁ vimṛśato nityaṁ nirvikalpe sthitirmama. (17)
This verse expresses that the true nature of the self is pure awareness, and that any attachments to the body and mind arise from misunderstanding. By regularly contemplating this truth, one can remain connected to their true self, free from distractions and thoughts.
