बुभुक्षुरिह संसारे मुमुक्षुरपि दृश्यते, भोगमोक्षनिराकाङ्क्षी विरलो हि महाशयः। ॥3॥
bubhukṣuriha saṁsāre mumukṣurapi dṛśyate, bhoga-mokṣa-nirākāṅkṣī viralo hi mahāśayaḥ. (3)
This verse highlights that many people seek either worldly pleasures or spiritual freedom, but it is truly uncommon to find a wise person who is not attached to either of these desires. Such a noble-minded sage remains content and balanced, free from the longing for both enjoyment and liberation.
