न हिंसा नैव कारुण्यं नौद्धत्यं न च दीनता, नाश्चर्यं नैव च क्षोभः क्षीणसंसरणे नरे। ॥14॥
na hiṁsā naiva kāruṇyaṁ nauddhatyaṁ na ca dīnatā, nāścaryaṁ naiva ca kṣobhaḥ kṣīṇa-saṁsaraṇe nare. (14)
This verse describes a person who has moved beyond the ups and downs of life, showing neither strong emotions like compassion or violence, nor feelings of pride or humility. Such a person is calm and steady, free from turmoil and extremes.
