आश्रमानाश्रमं ध्यानं चित्तस्वीकृतवर्जनम्, विकल्पं मम वीक्ष्यैतैरेवमेवाहमास्थितः। ॥3॥
āśramānāśramaṁ dhyānaṁ citta-svīkṛta-varjanam, vikalpaṁ mama vīkṣyaitairevam-evāham-āsthitaḥ. (3)
This verse speaks about understanding the different stages of life and recognizing how distractions arise from the mind. By meditating and controlling these distractions, one can find peace and remain true to oneself.
