Bija

समाध्यासादिविक्षिप्तौ व्यवहारः समाधये, एवं विलोक्य नियममेवमेवाहमास्थितः। ॥1॥

samādhyās-ādi-vikṣiptau vyavahāraḥ samādhaye, evaṁ vilokya niyamam-evam-evāham-āsthitaḥ. (1)

This verse teaches that we need to focus on our inner peace only when our mind is distracted by our own thoughts and beliefs. Recognizing this, the speaker chooses to stay connected with their true self.
