Bija

अष्टावक्र उवाच विहाय वैरिणं काममर्थं चानर्थसङ्कुलम्, धर्ममप्येतयोर्हेतुं सर्वत्रानादरं कुरु। ॥1॥

aṣṭāvakra uvāca vihāya vairiṇaṁ kāmam-arthaṁ cānartha-saṅkulam, dharmam-apyetayor-hetuṁ sarvatrānādaraṁ kuru. (1)

Aṣṭāvakra teaches that by letting go of desires, the pursuit of wealth, and even the performance of good deeds, one should learn to be indifferent to all things. This indifference helps in finding true peace and freedom.
