Bija

साकारमनृतं विद्धि निराकारं तु निश्चलम्, एतत्तत्त्वोपदेशेन न पुनर्भवसम्भवः। ॥18॥

sākāram-anṛtaṁ viddhi nirākāraṁ tu niścalam, etat-tattvopadeśena na punarbhava-sambhavaḥ. (18)

This verse teaches that the physical world and all its forms are temporary and not real, while the formless essence is eternal and unchanging. By understanding this truth, one can free themselves from the cycle of rebirth.
